It all kicked off with a nod to the ever-popular “flip houses” market in our early days. You know, the whole deal where you snag an old, forgotten house, sprinkle some magic renovation dust, and voila – it’s ready to dazzle the market. But hey, evolution is our jam. To supercharge our investment game, we pivoted towards a bigger playing field: building spanking new properties from scratch.

OUR FOUNDER
Meet Edson Araujo – the brain, heart, and driving force behind it all. As the founder, CEO, and investor, he’s not just about fancy titles – he’s got the chops to back them up. Edson’s academic roots lie in Legal Studies, Business Administration and Graphic Design, but that’s just the beginning. He’s decked out his resume with a bunch of marketing and business courses to really amp up his expertise.
Now, get this: Edson’s journey into the entrepreneurial world kicked off when he was just 29. He dove headfirst into the scene by starting up an advertising agency, flexing his creative and communication muscles. But he wasn’t content with sticking to one thing – he dabbled in fashion, consulting, and even music lessons. Oh, and in the midst of all that, he was running the show at a management center. Talk about multitasking!
All these ventures didn’t just make him a jack of all trades – they molded him into a master of business management and equity generation. But here’s the kicker: Edson’s journey wasn’t bound by borders. Nope, he took his expertise and experience global. Fast forward to 2016 he started to running a Digital Marketing Agency in Orlando, FL. In 2019, he’s spreading his wings into real estate investment. That’s when the idea for Sharp Spear came to life. With roots in the United States, this venture is all about international business and investments, and it’s Edson’s brainchild.
